Damaged Merchandise
In the event that a product arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. Please take pictures of the damaged item(s) and associated box(es). We will promptly ship out a replacement at no additional charge.

Order Returns
All sales are final.  A 15% restocking fee will apply for any returned orders. Customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. Custom orders are non-refundable, non-returnable.

Exchanges
In the event the product you ordered does not fit and needs to be exchanged, we can exchange the item at no additional cost. Please contact within 3 business days of the delivery date and let us know what size product you need. Only like for like exchanges (18" hat for an 18" hat) will be available for exchange.
